Tamper-proof, configurable verification

The verification page pulls live data from your records, so a role change, revocation, or suspension shows immediately. Every scan is cryptographically validated — a copied or tampered QR won't pass — and logged for audit. You choose which roster fields appear: department, clearance level, expiry, or anything else your verifiers need.

Custom barcodes for your own systems

Add a second barcode alongside the CaptrID verification QR — pointed at an internal URL, a membership number for loyalty scanners, or a code your check-in system already reads. Choose QR, PDF417, Aztec, or Code 128. One pass does double duty: identity verification plus the barcode your existing scanners already understand.

Branding and display fields

Every pass carries your logo, brand colours, and card title, with up to four roster fields beside the photo, name, and ID number. Five hero-image layouts keep passes polished without a designer, and the template editor previews exactly how the pass looks on a phone.

Expiry, revocation, and lifecycle

Set validity per template — rolling (e.g. 90 days from issue), a fixed date, or none. Expired passes deactivate automatically. Revoke instantly when someone leaves or loses a device; revoked Google Wallet passes are deactivated via the Google API and stop working on the device. Suspend temporarily when a credential is under review — the verification page always shows the current status.

Bulk generation and email delivery

Generate passes for your whole roster in one background job — no waiting, with progress tracked in the portal. Send branded Add-to-Wallet emails in one click, with per-person delivery status (sent, failed, or skipped). If someone's data changes after issuance, CaptrID flags the pass as outdated so you can regenerate and resend.

Connected to your roster

Passes generate from the same master list you sync from Microsoft Entra and populate from photo sessions — approved photos flow through automatically. Update a detail and CaptrID flags affected passes for regeneration. It's the last step in one workflow, not a standalone pass generator.
