Works offline, syncs when ready
Photo days happen in gyms, community centres, remote sites, and job locations. CaptrID's mobile app captures photos offline and syncs when connectivity returns.

Connectivity shouldn't block credential operations
School gyms, construction sites, community centres — the places where photo days happen often have unreliable WiFi. CaptrID's mobile app is built offline-first: capture photos, validate quality on-device, and queue for upload. When you're back online, everything syncs automatically.
Built for the field, not the office
The capture screen includes professional camera controls: pinch-to-zoom, tap-to-focus and expose, flash cycling, and a rule-of-thirds grid. The aspect ratio guide ensures what you see in the viewfinder matches what gets uploaded — no cropping surprises.
Reliable sync, transparent status
Every queued photo has a clear status: queued, uploading, synced, or failed. Failed uploads retry automatically with exponential backoff. After five retries, the photo is flagged for manual action. You always know exactly where things stand.
Key capabilities
Offline queue
Photos are stored locally with metadata. Automatic sync when connectivity returns. Supports 100+ queued photos.
Automatic retry
Failed uploads retry automatically. Persistent failures are flagged so you can take action.
Clear sync status
See exactly which photos have synced and which are pending. No ambiguity about what's been uploaded.
Quality checks on-device
Blur detection, brightness analysis, and face detection run locally before the photo is queued.
Camera controls
Pinch-to-zoom, tap-to-focus, flash cycling, rule-of-thirds grid, and aspect ratio guides built into the capture screen.
WYSIWYG viewfinder
The crop guide matches the session's aspect ratio. What you see in the viewfinder is what gets uploaded.
